Overview

The Studio in Blessington offers pregnancy yoga classes. These sessions are a fantastic way to prepare your body and mind for birth and motherhood. Class consists of stretching and strengthening exercises, breathwork and deep relaxation techniques, with helpful tips for any pregnancy-related issues you might be experiencing, as well as lots of labour preparation. It’s also a lovely way to bond with your growing baby and meet other mums to be! Suitable for those 14 weeks pregnant to 42 weeks pregnant. Class is free if you pass the 40-week mark…

Aoife Bolger is a Kildare native and well-travelled Mama to two amazing small boys. She has been practising yoga for almost two decades, and her love of and dedication to this ancient science has supported her on each step of her path.

With a deep understanding of the innate wisdom and power of yoga, she loves to share with her students the practices which help us to attune to our own energy and innate wisdom, residing within ourselves. Aoife is especially passionate about supporting women through the transformative journey of pregnancy, birth and early motherhood.
