Join Jenise for an evening of yin and yoga nidra. This is all about deep relaxation: we will come together to stretch, breathe, rest and work on releasing stress from our bodies to calm the nervous system and still the mind. Yin yoga is a deeply relaxing form of yoga where we use props to help our bodies find an optimal shape/posture to release target area. These postures are held for a length of time. It can be deeply transformative for body and mind. A lovely long yoga nidra, also known as ‘yoga sleep’, to end the class will leave you feeling utterly relaxed, spacious and at ease.
