Join Jenise for a yin yoga workshop where we will come together to stretch, breathe, rest and work on releasing stress from our bodies to calm the nervous system and still the mind. Yin yoga is a deeply relaxing form of yoga where we use props to help our bodies find an optimal shape/posture to release target area. These postures are held for a length of time. It can be deeply transformative for body and mind. No experience necessary.
