Perhaps you’ve never done yoga before or it’s been a while since you stepped on a mat. Maybe you have an injury you need to mind or you might simply want to go back to basics. This gentle introduction for yoga is for everyone, whatever your age or fitness level. We will start with the basics – breathing techniques, relaxation methods and  yoga postures –  and there’s plenty of guidance and support along the way so you can find what feels good.

Sinead has been practising yoga for around 20 years having become very interested while travelling in India. She finished her teacher training here in Ireland in 2007 in Hatha yoga and also in pregnancy yoga. She also teaches chair yoga. Sinead has attended various trainings, workshops and retreats through the years and find the practice of yoga to be of enormous benefit to people no matter what stage of life or level of health.
